In addition to long term unfurnished homes, Beach Place offers our spacious floorplans fully furnished and decorated. Each furnished unit includes cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, stemware, glasses, mugs, small appliances, towels, sheets and more! Your rent also includes electricity, internet, and cable and each home comes equipped with a Roku televisions for your streaming apps. Lease terms less than 7 months can be booked though Airbnb, ask us how! Since we are just a short walk to the beach, we provide beach towels and beach chairs in each furnished rental. You will have access to the full suite of on-site amenities, including free bicycle rentals, a fully equipped fitness center, pet park, and sparkling pool and spa. For an additional fee, you can schedule weekly housekeeping service as well. Just bring yourself and your personal belongings and stay with us, worry free!
